It’s Tuesday, April 4, 2017, and the 2017 baseball season is fully underway. Due to rain delay, the Tigers and White Sox have their “opening day” one day late. Though that was a solid game, it didn’t quite match up to the suspense and intrigue of the four MLB games listed below. The top two were especially fun to watch.

Great pitching, teriffic defense, and clutch hitting were the rule of the day for this day in MLB history. April 4, 2017 probably won’t go down in history for any record-shattering feats, but these games are excellent examples of what makes baseball such a delightful sport to watch.
